Spring is Wonderful

Here is what is new at our house!

Our new baby "Shasta"Well she came early and during dinner and now she is the excitement at our house. We have a new little baby and she is just so cute. Meet Shasta our new addition and I was right I am having a hard time getting our daughter our of the fields. My son is so excited as it is his horse who is the Mom and he asked me this "Mom what does that make me if my horse is the mom?" Well son I said, "I think you are now a Uncle" and he smiled the biggest smile I have ever seen.

Moms can enjoy a day to pamper themselves, celebrate with other moms and help honour and support a Calgary Mom - Sarah Penny and her five-year old son Evan on his Journey Back to Life from Acute Disseminated Encephalomyelitis (ADEM) Join them for Mini Spa treatments, tapas and refreshments, fundraising and listen to an inspirational talk by Leslie Horton from Global TV who is also a Mom. I have mentioned before that we are starting Fun Finding Fridays where we pick a location and invite you and your children to join us on a day filled with fun, connecting with other moms and getting a chance to see some of the great adventures and places in our book. Here is what I need. I am trying to plan events across the province, but I would like to know how many moms we might have interested and where you live so that i plan events in your area. Please pop me a email and just let me know so I can plan for the majority in the right areas.

I just got back from Growing Rural Tourism conference in Camrose and I have met and found some MORE amazing places to add into our book and these businesses are vary excited about us coming to their place for our Fun Finding Fridays. Everything from Buffalo Adventures, Sunflower Mazes, Atlas Cole Mine (Wait till you hear what they have done) to ranches and Tea Houses. I just need to know where you might be coming from so email me NOW!

Well Today April 15th is my 9th Anniversary and we are taking the kids out for dinner so I would like to Thank everyone for their ideas, emails and thoughts. I read them all and enjoy hearing from you.
